Rekha Gupta launched the CM Jan Sunwai Portal and mobile app, enabling citizens to register complaints related to MCD, DDA, Delhi Police, and all Delhi Government departments on one integrated platform. Citizens can submit grievances via the online portal, mobile app, call centre (1902), or offline through CMO. A three-tier redressal mechanism (GRO, AA, FAA) ensures accountability with unique reference IDs, SMS updates, and 100% feedback-driven monitoring. Additionally, e-District services were integrated with 7,000 CSC centres, offering 75 government services—including income, caste, residence, birth, and death certificates—at just ₹30 each. A secure, cloud-based EWS/DG/CWSN admission portal with Aadhaar verification and digital document verification prevents duplication and malpractice, ensuring transparency. Guided by 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas', the government delivered historic achievements: 370 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs established, 700,000 registered under Ayushman Bharat, 71 Atal Canteens serving 71,000 daily, and 75 CM Shri Schools with AI-enabled classrooms. Infrastructure progress includes 550 kilometres of roads approved for wall-to-wall carpeting, a ₹56,000 crore Drainage Master Plan, and sewage treatment capacity increased to 814 MGD targeting 1,500 MGD.
